So my 2016 A4 is due for its major service and the quote from the dealer in Sharjah is honestly eye watering. I have been looking around and someone at my office mentioned there are certified Audi technicians in Industrial Area 10 who do the same work for way less, but I am a bit nervous about handing over the keys somewhere that is not an official dealer. The car is still in good shape and I do not want anyone messing with the DSG or the timing chain unless they actually know these engines. Has anyone here actually used a workshop in Industrial Area 10 for an Audi before? How was the experience and did they use original parts or aftermarket stuff? Also curious if they can handle the diagnostic side properly because my dashboard has a couple of warning lights that the dealer wanted a fortune just to investigate.
